Full Tilt has recently opened an original info site involving all the information of the “Durrrr Challenge”, an incredible online heads up poker tournament highlighting some of the world’s best big money online poker players challenging the Heads Up Specialist Tom “durrrr” Dwan.
The innovative new site gives online poker players and fans the opportunity to stay on top of this amazing Full Tilt Poker Challenge and get timely updates. With this brand new “durrrr Challenge” site fans can follow all the poker action and check out each hand played during the challenge, and get tons of statistics, including how many hands were played, session time, cash won, average won during each hand and much more.
About six months ago, the 23 year old online poker professional handed out a heads-up challenge for any poker player with the money, time and ability to accept it. Any player entering the poker challenge has to wager $500,000 against durrrr’s $1.5 million. durrrr’s challenge states that at least 50,000 online poker hands need to be played simultaneously at 4 or more tables of no-limit Hold’em or pot-limit Omaha. At the end of the durrrr challenge, the player who has more cash will take home the pool. In essence if you enter the durrrr challenge and win $1 after the 50,000 poker hands, then you will secure Tom’s $1.5 Million, but if he triumphs by a dollar then he will earn your $500,000.
Up to now, several poker players have accepted to play the “durrrr challenge”, including Full Tilt Poker Star Phil Ivey and David Benyamine, though, only Patrick Antonius has agreed to the durrrr challenge. Thus far, both poker stars have completed in a total of 20,647 poker hands out of 50,000, with Dwan up by $726,546 total.
